Frequently Asked Questions

If you have some questions please check below. If known below answer your question then check out our Knowledge Base.

What is Managed Hosting?

Managed hosting means our team maintains your server for you. We run all our accounts on Amazon within their web service. We launch a EC2 for your website and manage the resources. Our goal is to ensure server is up to date, secured, and available when things do go haywire.

What Billing Cycles do you offer?

We offer monthly and yearly prepay. Prepay is required as many of the services are initiated just for you. When you sign up for a yearly plan you do receive discounts for the services.

Can I host Anything?

We are a Christian based entity and our goal is to provide a secure environment for our clients. However, we will not tolerate anything that violates our moral codes. No warez, adult content, racist, or anything that goes against what the Bible speaks about will be allowed on our servers. If found a warning will be issued and any continous will result in contract termination.

How secure are our servers?

As a managed service, Amazon EC2 is protected by the AWS global network security procedures that are described in the Amazon Web Services: Overview of Security Processes whitepaper.

Can I run an ecommerce site?

Depending on your service you can easily setup an ecommerce website. Just click on the 1 click apps and install Magento, Prestashop, or WordPress with WooCommerce.

What Are My Support Options

For all support please log into your account and submit a trouble ticket. You can also reach us via live chat or phone during normal business hours, Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00 CST. Our ticket support system is monitored 24×7 and depending on your service will dictate the response time. On average all tickets are responded within 30 mins.

Do You Offer Unlimited Hosting?

Our managed hosting is not unlimited and in reality is a marketing gimic. All our managed hosting is tailored to the client. We do offer services from third party entities that might offer unlimited resources but we do not manage those systems. We offer them as alternate solutions for your digital needs.

What servers do you run?

We believe that you do not need to own the servers to provide quality hosting. We utilize Amazons Web Service and build custom EC2 sites for each of our clients.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Depending on the service you purchase there is a 30-day no questions ask money-back guarantee. Please refer to our guarantee page for information and which services fall under what guarantee.

What payments methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not support automated recurring billing via PayPal or Stripe so if you are paying month-to-month we would strongly recommend using a credit or debit card.
